  • Returns

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will gladly issue a refund, in the form of store credit, upon the return of your item/s. Please email me at tinawelschjewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

    Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs.

    The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued only after the returns are received. Returns must be in unused condition and with the original packaging including gift box and polishing cloth. Once an item is received, we'll issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping.

    Costum orders as well as personalized orders are non-refundable or exchangeable unless damaged.

  • Shipping

    Most in-stock orders ship in 1-6 business days. Made-to-order items ship in 2-3 weeks. Orders are shipped USPS first class mail.

    I offer free shipping in the United States on all orders over $75 and free international shipping on all orders over $200. Orders below $75 ship for a $5 flat fee and $15 for international orders.

    Most orders generally arrive 3-4 days after shipped (US), depending on your location. However, with Covid, there are potential delays. You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped.
    I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivery by tracking.

    I am not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to me, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Sales tax will be collected based on you location/state. / for orders being placed in Pennsylvania.

    What is your tax policy for international orders?

    Taxes for international orders: Any taxes / duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

    What is your policy on coupon codes and promotions?

    Only one discount and or promotion code may be used per purchase.
    Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased.
